By creating an account or using www.creativesta.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
3. Memberships
Membership tiers, their benefits and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Benefits may be improved or changed over time; we will tell members before any change to the price they pay.
4. Courses and resources
All courses, worksheets, templates, videos and resources are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share or publish them, or give your account to anyone else.
5. Coaching
Coaching sessions support your growth, but results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Coaching is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any particular income or outcome. Cancellation and rescheduling rules are in our Refund Policy.
6. Community
- Be kind and respectful. No harassment, hate speech or spam.
- Share only content you own or have permission to share.
- Posts may be moderated, and we may remove content or members who break these rules.
7. Marketplace
Members who list products are the sellers and are responsible for their listings, pricing, quality, delivery and any taxes. CREATIVESTA provides the platform and may review or remove listings, but is not a party to sales between members.
8. Intellectual property
The Creativesta name, logo, content and design belong to CREATIVESTA. Content you create stays yours; by posting it on the platform you allow us to display it there.
9. Payments
Prices are shown before you buy. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CREATIVESTA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
