- To send emails about your account, bookings and purchases, and occasional updates you can opt out of.
- To keep the community safe and moderate content.
- To improve the platform using aggregated, anonymous statistics.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with trusted service providers who help us run the platform — secure hosting and database services, our email delivery provider, and our payment provider when online payments are enabled. When you buy from another member in the marketplace, the seller receives the details needed to complete your order.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records (such as purchase records) for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile at any time from your dashboard. You can also ask us to provide a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by writing to info@creativesta.com.
Security
